キャンセルポリシー

The rules for cancellations by teachers after receiving a lesson application from a student and the handling of such cancellations will be as set out in this "Cancellation Policy (for Teachers)" (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy").

Unless otherwise specified in this Policy, the definitions of terms used in this Policy shall be those set forth in the "Terms of Use" separately established by our company.

24 hours before the start of the lesson

Even if a student has already booked a lesson using the system on this service, the teacher may cancel the lesson reservation up to 24 hours before the lesson start date and time, but only in unavoidable circumstances. However, the teacher is responsible for notifying the student of the cancellation. The student's ticket will be automatically returned by the system.

If there are less than 24 hours until the lesson start date

Teachers may cancel a confirmed lesson reservation within 24 hours of the lesson start date, provided that they agree to the following conditions.

• 受講者に対する「追加チケット」を先生負担にて補填することについての了承
• Please note that the amount of compensation will be 50% (rounded up) of the number of participants x the number of lesson tickets.
• The above compensation method will basically be deducted from the monthly lump sum, but if the payment amount is insufficient to cover the compensation amount, we will make a separate claim.
• If there are multiple cancellations, the site operator may, at its discretion, terminate the student's membership, as this may significantly damage the student's trust.

ただし、この際も受講者には先生が責任を持ってキャンセルの旨を連絡することとします。 受講者のチケットは自動的にシステムより返還され、加えて直前キャンセルに伴う「追加チケット」の配布が行われます。

Students may cancel a lesson reservation made using the system on this service up to one hour before the lesson start time, and the ticket will be automatically returned by the system. Please note that the expiration date of the returned ticket will be the same as the expiration date at the time of the original reservation, so it may not be usable at the time of return.

Students can cancel a lesson reservation that has already been confirmed if there is less than one hour until the lesson start time, but tickets will not be refunded.

In either of the above cases, we recommend that you first contact the instructor using the message function of this service.
