Subscription Fees
To take Shashusho lessons, you must sign up for a subscription plan. Once your subscription starts, 30 tickets will be valid each month, and you can use those tickets to make reservations.

How to use the ticket
You can take the same lesson multiple times or multiple lessons. The number of tickets required for each lesson varies, so you may need to combine subscription tickets with additional tickets.

Regarding subscription billing timing
- Your subscription plan will automatically renew each month and your credit card will be automatically charged.
- Subscription plan tickets are valid for one month from the date of purchase, up until the day before the next billing date.
- Tickets will be automatically charged on the same day of each month after your subscription starts.

If you start your subscription plan on April 10th, it will expire on May 9th and you will be automatically charged on May 10th. You will then be automatically charged on the 10th of every month thereafter.
*If the billing date falls on a month that does not have a same billing date, such as the 30th or 31st, the billing date will be the last day of the month.

*If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so on the "Cancel Subscription" screen on your member's personal page. If you cancel your subscription in the middle of the month, the cancellation date will be the end date of your subscription.

If you want to use up all of your subscription plan tickets or if you have used up all of your subscription plan's monthly tickets but would like to take more lessons, you can purchase additional tickets. Additional ticket plans can only be purchased by those who have signed up for a subscription plan. Additional ticket purchases can be made from My Page.

Additional tickets can be used immediately after credit card payment is completed. The expiration date of additional tickets is the day before three months after the ticket purchase date.
If the additional ticket purchase date falls on a month that does not include that date, such as the 30th or 31st, the expiration date will be the day before the end of the month three months later.

If you purchase an additional ticket on April 10th, it will expire on July 9th.

Precautions
- If a minor uses a parent's credit card, they must register with the parent's consent.
- Ticket prices will be charged through your credit card company.
- The withdrawal date (the date you are billed by your card company) will vary depending on the card you use, but it is usually "1 to 2 months after the date you use the card."
- We are unable to provide specific withdrawal dates for individual charges, so please check directly with your card company.
- The number of payments you can make and installment fees may vary depending on the type of card, so please contact your card company for details.
- If you pay in installments using a card, the fee will be borne by the customer.

Rules for cancelling lessons
- In case of cancellation due to student circumstances
- You can cancel a lesson on your My Page up until one hour before the lesson starts.
- If you cancel within one hour of the lesson starting time, the ticket used for the reservation will not be refunded.
- Similarly, tickets will not be refunded in the event of a no-show cancellation.
- In case of cancellation due to teacher's circumstances
- In the event of cancellation by the instructor before the course begins, the ticket used for the booking will be refunded.
- If the instructor does not show up at the scheduled start time, or if the course is shortened by more than 5 minutes due to poor connection or power outage, please enter the date and time of the course reservation and the instructor's name, Customer Support Please contact us. We will check the situation and if it is found that the instructor has not fulfilled the course obligations, we will return the ticket.
